Every summer the Scotts (Jaren's immediate family) get together at a cabin in Pine Valley for a few days together. This year one goal was to get a family photo - who knew it could be SO DIFFICULT! Here are a few of my favorites; Porter is the crying blur in the 1st picture, and the family photos were all done with timers - hence the laughter:
After the traumatic photos, the 3 days were filled with lots of fun. We laughed, talked, played games, made crafts, relaxed, rode the ATV's, made a great dutch over dinner, spotlighted, shot guns, and massacred our favorite songs with SingStar (or SingSong, right Daisy?).
We can't wait for next year!

It WAS fun. And it is funny to see us all laughing in that photo. Is it really THAT hilarious with camera timers? We are such dorks.

Mr. Scott (I don't know his first name, I just remember him from being my geography teacher) looks the best! He is falling backwards from laughing so hard!!
And that's probably the best photo we took! Good times.
Oh and can we decide now what we're wearing for next years photo, just to help out with all the excitement...I nominate you to decide this time :)

fam-damily. I miss you guys...especially shayne punching me in the stomach when I knocked on the door and he answered it. Yes, good times.
Another Pine Valley success it looks like. I am glad you guys had a fun time. Aren't family pictures the best?
